Our Rates

Inspired by Aorta Consulting, we have taken a unique approach to our fee structure by creating multiple pathways for schools and organizations to work with The Loop Consulting Collective according to budgetary needs.

We understand in order to do the work and shift how the work is being done, budgets can get in the way of possibility. Our conviction is that money should not be a barrier to the critical work of disrupting and reimagining.

Our Framework

Using the framework below, we can operationalize your goals in alignment with your organization’s current financial snapshot. We charge a flat fee for most of our services based on the category of the organization and the scope of the work or project.

SOLIDARITY

below market rate

Schools: at least 40% of the student population receives free and reduced price lunch

Organizations: annual budget up to $600,000; highest paid staff member makes less than $70,000 annually

FULL PRICE

at market rate

Schools: less than 20% of the student population receives free and reduced price lunch

Organizations: annual budgets between $1.2 million and $5 million; highest paid staff member makes between $90,000-$150,000 annually

SUSTAIN

slightly below market rate

Schools: between 20% and 40% of the student population receives free and reduced price lunch

Organizations: annual budgets between $600,000 and $1.2 million; highest paid staff member makes between $70,000-$90,000 annually

REDISTRIBUTION

above market rate

Organizations: annual budgets greater than $5 million; highest paid staff member makes more than $150,000 annually
